Principles
- Principles 1: Customer must be a Company to own their Sales Orders and/or Invoices
- Principles 2: Any invidual contact point must belong to a Customer. An invidual contact point could not own a Sales Orders and/or Invoices
- Principles 3: Every invidual contact point of a Company Customer have the same accessing right at Magestore.

Activity
Create new Company Customer

Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Then click Create

Step 2: Set type is Company and input their Information. Keep name as Company name or their domain.
Create new Contact Point of a Company Customer

Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Find the Customer Company by Name, then Open

Step 2: On this Customer, Click Add button at Contract & Addresss tab

Step 3: Fill the personal Name and Email of the Contact. Please specify their Job Position with Agency or Store Owner
Assign Contact Point to Customer Company
- Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Find the Customer by Name, then Open
Tips: Narrow the searching to Contact by click Filter dropdown and choose Invidual
Sync Company Customer from Zoho
Allow Customer to Login Customer Portal

Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Find the Customer by Name, then Open

Step 3: If In Portal checkbox of a Contact Point is not click, please click then press Apply. An invitation email will be sent to the Customer to allow accessing Magestore Portal.
Notice: Never tick to In Portal of a Company
Tips: You can same time invite all invidual contact points of a Company Customer by do from Step 1 - with open the Company Customer.
Reset Customer password to Login Customer Portal
- Do same as allow customer to login
Discover Customer Information

Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Find the Customer by Name, then Open

Step 2: View their transaction history by click to Invoice button

Step 3: Scan their Ticket

Step 4: View their Project Profile

Step 5: View their Opportunity

Step 6: View the Remaining issue Magestore must complete

Step 7: View their Invidual Contact Point and Contact tab
View Customer Information on Zoho

Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Find the Customer by Name, then Open

Step 2: Open Zoho Integrations Tab and click to Open Zoho Link
