Describe Customer contract point with their role and responsible. This information will help to manage the communication plan with customer better,

Relationship

Principles

  • Principles 1: Customer must be a Company to own their Sales Orders and/or Invoices
  • Principles 2: Any invidual contact point must belong to a Customer. An invidual contact point could not own a Sales Orders and/or Invoices
  • Principles 3: Every invidual contact point of a Company Customer have the same accessing right at Magestore.

Activity

Create new Company Customer

Create new Contact Point of a Company Customer

  • Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Find the Customer Company by Name, then Open

  • Step 2: On this Customer, Click Add button at Contract & Addresss tab

  • Step 3: Fill the personal Name and Email of the Contact. Please specify their Job Position with Agency or Store Owner

Assign Contact Point to Customer Company

Tips: Narrow the searching to Contact by click Filter dropdown and choose Invidual

  • Step 2: Dropdown the Company fields to assign to this Contact

Sync Company Customer from Zoho

Allow Customer to Login Customer Portal

  • Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Find the Customer by Name, then Open

  • Step 2: Click Actions > Grand Portal Access

  • Step 3: If In Portal checkbox of a Contact Point is not click, please click then press Apply. An invitation email will be sent to the Customer to allow accessing Magestore Portal.

Notice: Never tick to In Portal of a Company

Tips: You can same time invite all invidual contact points of a Company Customer by do from Step 1 - with open the Company Customer.

Reset Customer password to Login Customer Portal

  • Do same as allow customer to login

Discover Customer Information

  • Step 1: Go to My Magestore > Accounting > Customers. Find the Customer by Name, then Open

  • Step 2: View their transaction history by click to Invoice button

  • Step 3: Scan their Ticket

  • Step 4: View their Project Profile

  • Step 5: View their Opportunity

  • Step 6: View the Remaining issue Magestore must complete

  • Step 7: View their Invidual Contact Point and Contact tab
