Leads Qualification Process

Marketing qualification process (done by Coffee)

  1. Customers complete Book Consultation or Live Demo form.

  2. Then, Customer info is synchronized to Zoho in Lead.

Note: Check Lead Source to know which form customer submitted from.

Sales Qualification Process (done by SDR & BC)

  1. SDR checks customer info in Leads in Zoho.
  2. Leads are assigned to SDR & BC
  3. SDR contact leads and qualify. Confirmed by one BC Refer to Sales qualification stage.
  4. SDR converts MQL to SQL by clicking Convert.

Then, we can check SQLs in Deals
